The Headturners group fitness classes are run by qualified professionals to ensure that everyone gets the best possible result from their work. Our trainers are understanding of each client’s goals and limitations and tailor their lessons according to the ability and fitness of their classes.

We are proud to offer exercise programs run by trainers experienced in the tutelage of people with disabilities. It’s crucial that everyone – even those suffering from long-term illness or disability – exercises safely and regularly, so we provide group fitness classes for Sydneysiders regardless of their ability level.

Offered alongside our boot camps and group programs are one-on-one sessions with our personal trainers. Run by company founder Neil Cameron, these are convenient and effective courses. Run either in your local area at your home or local park or at Cameron’s personal studio, our personal training program is perfect for people unable to get to a gym due to their schedule or disability.
